The existing literature shows the lack of domestic research summary of the basictheory of systems on the market access system, not true that the meaning of theconcept of market access, no systematic study the market access system from thepoint of view of the Civil Law.This article hopes to start focusing on a more systematicanalysis of the theoretical basis of the market access system from the perspective ofcivil law from that market access term sources.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is to analyze the market access system for the general theory ofthe definition of market access system and research status.The second chapter is the focus of this article to discuss market access system,access to the main access and trading partners.First,the subject of access, including:general subject, special subject and a foreign principal market access system.Todiscuss the general subject from the point of view of the Civil Law divided into threenatural persons, legal persons and unincorporated.Special subject of a the approvalpermit system of China’s special subject.Second,trading partners market accesssystem, mainly analyzes the licensing examination and approval system of tradingpartners and transaction object after the regulatory system.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of China’s generalsubject and special main market access system.The fourth chapter sets out the current development of China since the reformand opening up market access system, outlines a series of problems in China’smarket access system.The fifth Chapter around the existing problems of the current system of marketaccess, rationalization proposals put forward to solve these problems.
