On The Role And Setting-up Of Mechanism For Entrepreneur In State-owned Enterprise

Entrepreneur plays an important role in the course of economic development and the reform of state-owned enterprise. And a good mechanism is helpful for entrepreneurs in the process of growth. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, I introduce theories about entrepreneur and the function, the role of an entrepreneur. In the second part, I explain the mechanism for entrepreneur in the West. Thirdly, I analyze the entrepreneur and the mechanism for entrepreneur in state-owned enterprises in our country. At last, I make suggestions on how to set up entrepreneur mechanism in state- owned enterprises, including how to set up and improve selecting, encouraging, controlling and training mechanism for entrepreneur.
