Nowadays, more and more enterprises get in a trouble: employee turnover. It brings a lot of trouble to some enterprises. These enterprises and academe are all challenged by a question: how to resolve employ's turnover? First of all, this dissertation retrospects theory of employee turnover and motivation theory in management. Then, the ideological education motivation is put forward. What's more, some advice is gaven about how to revolve employee turnover from the aspect of the ideological education motivation. In addition, the author put forward the notion that the ideological education motivation should be applied creatively. Finally, the author lists a sample to show how to apply the theory. The main purpose of this dissertation is to research the reasons for employee turnover and resolve the problem from the angle of ideological education motivation. There is some creative in this paper:1)the author points out there is some difference in the traditional and modern ideological education;2)develop and satisfactory the ideological education motivation;3)apply the ideological education motivation to resolve the problem of employee turenover;4)points out some new idea to favor people applying the ideological education motivation to resolve the problem of employee turnover in knowledge period.
