The Research Practically To The Agribusiness Organizational Mechanism

Based on the macro-background of Chinese agricultural business system transition, this thesis applies James ?S.Coleman's "Theory of Rational Action" to research practically the classic town in city-Hongshan town Wuhan city. Questionnaire investigation, case interview, on-the-spot observation and examples analysis methods are used to explore systematically Agribusiness Organizational Mechanism (AOM) of rural community, search for the innovation of AOM and recreate the agricultural socialized service system.First of all, the thesis probes into the general state of AOM. It finds out that AOM is at the beginning stage as a whole in the rural community in Hongshan town, the agribusiness organizational forms assume diversified characteristic, specific markets driving-type have become the most popular .organizational form, the developing of dragon-head corporations are insufficient and the cooperatives are very scare. Furthermore, agribusiness organizational bonding way is very loose, the close-type bondings way just constitute little proportion, and the driving functions of organization bodies are not very strong generally. The peasants have low organized degree into the market and their statuses of bodies are very obscure.Secondly, the main organization defects of agribusiness are analyzed. Some conclusions have been reached here: Peasant households have been in inferior statuses in the bargain and the families of peasant households are in not clear statuses of legal person. At the same time, the organizational bonding mechanism between the agribusiness organizational bodies and the peasant households is not perfect and lacks rational restraining mechanism. There have been not strong dragon-head corporations to drag the agribusiness, the government departments and the committees of village members provide little public services, but place higher expectation on the dragon-head corporations' goal of public welfare.Then, the main channels of innovation about AOM have been deduced. By study, we think that the key of innovation on the organizational mechanism is to establish the central status of peasant households in AOM, search for the agent of organizing for the peasant households, give energetic support to the driving functions of dragon-head corporations and transmit the role of the government departments and the committees of village members, recreate the agricultural socialized service system which seems the peasant households as the center.Finally, the research explored the effects of the innovation on AOM to the transition of rural economic and social structure from the aspect of social structure and look forward to the perspective of this research.
