On Institutional Change Of Enterprise And Institutional Supply Of Government

The main point of this paper is about the government's function in China enterprise institution reforming.The development of enterprise institution in China is different form it is in some advanced countries. Government plays a more important role in China enterprise institution reforming. So the function of government in reforming becomes a meaningful theme. The paper designs to do some work in investigating the function of government which to help enterprise reforming smoothly.In the first part of paper, the writer tries to analyze enterprise history in some advanced country and tries to find out some important factors which play an important role in the development of enterprise institution. The writer also did some research about the methods of institution reforming in this part. In the second part of the paper, the writer begins to analyze enterprise institution development in China, including its history, its condition now. Especially the writer analyzes the hard situation before China enterprise in details. In the third part of the paper, the writer presents some suggestions about government's function. The main point is that: According to the present condition, the China government should do something to improve institution environment but not enterprise itself.
