The Establishment Of Demand-Orientation Institutional Supply Model In Chinese Venture Investment Market

Venture investment is an important support for the development of high-tech enterprise, having impact on our country's comprehensive strength and economic safety. Thus, to develop venture investment is fairly strategic, and it cannot go on smoothly without the guidance and support of the government.In this thesis, the theories of institutional supply, demand and shortage in New Institutional Economics are introduced, then the present condition of current Chinese venture investment market is analyzed according to these theories. The government is considered as the main body of institutional supply in venture investment market. The governmental institutional supply should be based on the institutional demand, serving the main body of venture investment market, nongovernmental capitals, and making them benefit from institutional supply. In addition, multiple levels institutional demands and present condition are analyzed in detail and the related solutions are meanwhile provided. Finally the thesis comes to the conclusion of establishing demand-orientation institutional supply model by our government gradually.The thesis mainly constructed by the following parts. First, according to the supply and demand theory of New Institutional Economics, based on the analysis of practical institutional supply and demand of our venture investment market, the two institutional supply and demand models of our venture investment market are set up. Then the thesis proposes the issue of establishing demand-orientation institutional supply model, which is expected to be helpful to the development of our venture investment and governmental institutional innovation.Second, by analyzing and researching foreign countries' institutional supply, considering foreign countries' successful experience and combining our country's present condition and institutional handicaps of our venture investment's development, the thesis explores the problems of government's role, strategies and institutional supply model in our venture investment.In addition, based on studying volumes of the articles at home and abroad, the thesis accumulates and analyses the related researches, making primary comparison and judgment accordingly.
