A Study On Head Enterprise Competitive In Operation Of Agricultural Industrialization Of Nanjing City

Head-Enterprise plays a very important role in operation of agricultural industrialization .It is the key part of the operation of agricultural industrialization. What is the head enterprise competitive like will greatly effect the operation of agriculture industrialization. So to analyses the competence of head enterprise is useful for us to understand the advantage and disadvantage of the head enterprise . So we can adopt efficient measures to make the head enterprise to innovate , to establish and maintain the competence ,so that it can make greater improvement.This paper is based on the problem mentioned above , use the positive analysis method to study the competence of head enterprises of Nanjing Ctiy, try to find out what the advantage and the problem is ,and offer the way of improving the head enterprise' competence.The innovation of this paper lies in two points .In the method, the application of the comparative analysis method, the combination of positive analysis and normative analysis method to study the competence situation of the head enterprise of Nanjing City; In the content ,the paper not only establishes a model to evaluate the competence ,but also analyzes that innovation is an effective way to improve the head enterprises competitive. Through institution innovation, organization innovation, administration innovation and technology innovation we can effectively improve the competence of head enterprises, and let the head enterprise plays a lead role in the agricultural industrialization.
