The "landing" of a professional manager, the taking post of a new group and even their dismissal, are all generally concerned affairs of media and the society of enterprises. That is because that they are "famous persons" and everyone hope they could work miracles. Although the "landing" of "common persons" has not such sensational effect, it may arouse many issues. In fact, a lot of instances have illustrated that.The changes of administrative level in many Chinese-foreign joint ventures in China are by no means rare, especially in the cases that the enterprise is taken over by foreign side. They hope to take advantage of the advanced administrative concept and advanced management mode to achieve the development of the enterprise. Their successes and failures worth our research and we should draw on the experience of them. But what problems will come out when Chinese administrative groups "land" to enterprises held by foreign side and carry out native administration? What experience can we draw on and what lessons can we learn? This is an issue more worthy our research.For all the above-mentioned considerations, this article introduces my firsthand experiences when I together with a Chinese administrative group "landed" to Xiashing Motorcycle Co., Ltd. Of Xiamen City, which held by Taiwan Chinfon Global Corp. I collected and learned various materials such as statistics, diagrams, reports, contracts and agreements and records of conferences. In this article, through the failure of "landing", I base on my experience and materials I have grasped to introduce issues such as the development strategy, goals of managing and administration and the function of leadership of Xiashing Motorcycle Co., Ltd. I draw up the detailed measures we applied during the implementation of the strategy, the integration of the establishment of Changshu Motorcycle Branch Factory in Jiangsu province, the program of new products and marketing system. Additionally, after the analysis about the background, development and the actual situation of operation of the enterprise, I discuss the reasons for the failure of this "landing" in this article. Firstly, we lacked of a powerful kernel of the group. Secondly, we failed to treat the cultural difference between Chinese concept and Taiwan concepts. Thirdly, we did not unite our force when implementing our strategy. And also, we failed to cater to the changes in the market.In our society, especially for Chinese-foreign joint ventures, the lessons drawn from those failures will give a warning to new leaders when the enterprise is faced with crises. Therefore, the enterprise could treat well problems of strategy, relations between groups, implementation of strategy and cultural conflicts. And finally, the enterprise will achieve the goal of development and flourish.
