Marketing is very important for the development and existence of the enterprise. Due to ignoring marketing some enterprises are in very difficult circumstance in competition. According to the background of the enterprise which author works in, author researched its marketing management problems by analysis HQ motorcycle products. Some problems are included are included by the author.By analysis present motorcycle line at home, including of current situation of motorcycle line, character of competition, favorable circumstance, restricted factors, author analyzed and predicted the future development trend of motorcycle line .By analysis marketing situation and competitor author has found some weak links in marketing works .By applying market subdivision principles author has analyzed motorcycle market and brought up marketing target of HQ motorcycle products and pointed out corresponding marketing strategy. By applying "4PS" theory author brought up production, price, place and promotion management of HQ motorcycle. In 1999 marketing activity were carried out positively in the factory and attained huge success. Author has made corresponding analysis.
