Depending on the motorcycle products marketing practical experience of Changchun Chanlin Group Co., Ltd (Chanlin Group), and according to the motorcycle market competition in China and the variety of international motorcycle market, the thesis induces that the best developing strategy Chanlin Group should decide is to develop the international marketing. Through the case analysis about Cameroon market, the thesis finished the superior redesign about the marketing strategies. The main research contents of the thesis is as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the analysis of the present situation of Chanlin Group and it shows the history of chanlin group. The analysis the exterior position of chanling group shows that the Chinese motorcycle industry is in disordered competition with overproduction, backward in technique, poor research and development. Facing the bad competition situation, the motorcycle manufactures have a lot of trouble in developing the strategy. The text summarizes the six characteristics about the consumers' behavior, they are power, appearance, loading, economical, brand and quality. Chapter 2 introduces the interior position, from the analysis of interior management and the marketing working, it draws up the internal strengths and internal weaknesses. According to the analysis of exterior position, the thesis induces that the best developing strategy Chanlin Group should decide is to develop the international marketing. The export history of chanlin group shows that the export is in unsteady position, it should tighten up the international marketing management.Chapter 3 cites the international marketing theory, including the marketing environment, market segmentation, types of entrance a foreign market and the marketing strategy. The environment faced by companies is complex, and it includes the economy situation, policy and laws situation and the society environment. The market segmentation has four parts. They are market segment, niche marketing, local marketing and individual marketing. There are four types for company to chose to enter a foreign market, they are direct export, manufacture in foreign country, compensation trade and improvement trade. Using the 4Ps theory to finish the marketing strategy.Chapter 4 is the positive part of this thesis.Firstly, Through the analysis about the export situation of Chanlin Group, the text advises Chanlin Group what are the reasonable product structure and the foreign markets. It is also beneficial to guide Chanlin Group the future development, especially for developing the international marketing. The best product for export is AX100 motorcycle, it should be used to develop the new foreign market, only because it is the mature product of chanlin group and it has the steady quality. Using the CM125C and CM100-4A to supple the main product, and using the CG type motorcycle to be the potential product. In the other hand, if chanlin group wants to develop the foreign market, it is best to grasp the Africa market, and at the same time to develop the latin America market and the middle-east market.Secondly, through the marketing practice of cameroon marketing, we see some shortcomings about marketing, and the thesis finished the superior redesign about the marketing strategies.About the price, ensures the base of price decision is the market price and sets up the reasonable price list. About the product structure, advices to import new products and uses them to finish the superior redesign about the product structure. About the marketing place, redesigns the marketing nets and sets up the new policies for the distributors, thus it could regular the marketing nets and tightens up the management. About promotion, according to the practice, the thesis establish a several strategies to develop the promotion, it would be beneficial in enhance the sales quantities.
