Research For Operation Mode Of Project Supervision

Along with the reformation and opening thorough, project construction activity have changed gravely, investment would be used for repayment, and invest main body appeared to be pluralistic. International financial institution requires invite public bidding and supervision for loan projects, which demands supervision progress and to be perfected. After ten years, our supervision has been established, rule of law and basic frame has been formed. At present, most of projects have been carried out by supervision, and got all right benefits. But many problems in our supervision are worth while our thinking and studying.In this paper, integrating the author's experience of project supervision, we put forward Project of Project Supervision, and explored effective, justice and candid operation mechanism for project supervision institution.This paper aimed at the constructions of a supervision team, a supervision department and a supervision institution, and took apart the operation mode for a supervision organization. We also analyzed two core topics which are supervision people and project prison. Finally, we analyzed the "Guang -Nan Speedway Supervision " which the author experienced.
