Now we are in the knowledge economical age. It is the rapidly developing age of the high-tech enterprise. The core of economical development is high-tech industrialization, in the Knowledge economical age. At present, every country is developing their high-tech firms. Not only do the developed countries treat it as the force of improving the manual productive and developing their economics, but also the developing countries treat it as the competition focal point of development strategy to improve their international competition .The high-tech firm feature is high input, high risk and high profit. So only though good operation management the firm can organize all kinds of activities on the basis of the market and customer's demand. This can make the firm get more benefit, more future and the firm continuous development.This article is a thesis for researching high-tech enterprise operation management. High-tech enterprise operation management is that the enterprises adopt all kinds of methods in capital, R&D and market. For example planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating. In order to suit the market's demand. Firstly this article discusses the background of it. Point out its intention and significance, and it also subjectively appraises the relate documents at home and at abroad. Secondly researches the enterprise's capital, R&D and market, and analyzes their feature and content. Lastly organizes them by the numbers to grasp the operation management's feature.In a word, this research will provide a set of scientific and applicable method, which could afford guidance for enterprise developing in changeable economics environment. So it possesses very important value in the theory and practice.
