High-tech Enterprise Human Resource Management

Human resource management (HRM) is being increasingly highlighted by enterprise. High quality human resource is a key to success for new-high technology enterprise. New-high technology enterprise needs HRM sustaining network that differs from that of traditional enterprises.This paper is chiefly contributed to the study of HRM for new-high technology enterprise.
