A Study On The Precaution Of College Students Crime

Today, college students crime has increased deeply, thus the state, society, schools,families and individuals have suffered huge losses and suffering. Therefore, the study ofthis issue has also become a hot topic for legal studies, education, sociology, media andother disciplines. From the perspective of a legal study, this dissertation seeks to explorethe construction of an effective mechanism of precaution for college students crime.Text is divided into six sections:The first part is the introduction, it describes the origin of this study, current research,research methods, the author’s research strengths and roadmap.The first chapterintroduces the basic status of the current college students crime and its’ characteristics. Itdefines the scope of “college students”, and summarizes the characteristics of currentcollege students crime as well as its trends.The second chapter analyzes the causes ofcollege students crime, mainly from four aspects: individual college students themselves,their families, colleges and the society. Emphasis was put upon how the students’ growthpath affected their psychological and then their conducts later. Also how the socialdevelopment and changes affected to the students as to their idea of the world, the way oflife style are also stated.The third chapter describes the existing college student crimeprevention mechanism and its problems. Mainly from the family, school and social aspects,analyzing the content of a variety of existing mechanisms, pointing out its problems is thelack of unity between the various mechanisms and coordination, this part concludes thatthis leads to less effective in preventing college crimes.The fourth chapter focuses on there-establishment of student crime prevention mechanism. It focus on two main factors:family and colleges. From the psychological, legal and other perspectives, we hope everycollege student can have a sound psychological and personality so as can be able tounderstand society’s basic moral and ethical standards, familiar with the basic legal rules and know what can not do. This new mechanism is believed to be able to reduce the crimerate in college.This dissertation belongs to empirical research, including the use of a greater amountof data and actual cases, many of which are the author ’s own personal experience, whileothers are the result of interviews with other researchers investigating. I hope thisdiscussion can help to seek to build an effective firewall for college student crime, which,as we all know, requires students themselves, their families, schools and the community towork together, so that the colorful flower bloom of the young college students can be morebeautiful!...
