Positive Research On Juvenile Crime Precaution

Juvenile crime is a common problem for countries all over the world, which is one of the three public harm-other two are drugs and pollution. They began to deal with the challenges and set it as a national policy and an important element of legal system construction since the 21st century, along with the more and more serious situation of juvenile. It also has become a serious social problem in China, which is concerned by the whole society. It's a stern task before us to prevent juvenile crime and protect the healthy growth of minor and worth our earnest study.Recently, there is a tremendous increasing extent in the quantity of juvenile crime cases and a gradual increasing percentage of juvenile crime cases. Also, the proportion of juvenile crime in crimes is growing constantly. There are some characters in juvenile crime: lower age; crime upgrade; increase of serious violent crime; gang crimes; fast increase of crimes by girls. Starting with the current situation of juvenile crime in China and integrating with cases, this article analyzed the reasons of juvenile crime from an empirical point of view. There are two reasons mainly: one is internal reason, i.e. personal reason; one is external, including family reason, school reason and social reason. The author analyzes the countermeasures for dealing with the juvenile crimes in some developed countries, in order to prevent the juvenile crimes. According to China's basic condition, the author gives some suggestions on the juvenile crime prevention, including the improvements of the legislation and judiciary, and the precautions in families, schools and society.
