The industry of the expressway is the one that country supports and developing energetically especially among industries, with the characters of natural monopoly and steady income. Cheng Le expressway is the only fast pass way which leads to world-famous tourist attractive place Mount Emei and Leshan Giant Buddha. The economic benefits are remarkable because of the management and the administration from this relatively fine company. But in more than three years of company's operation, the achievement is very dull, fail to demonstrate its anticipated, has not embodied out its due.Through investigation and analysis, I come to the conclusion that the Cheng Le company exists at present, not all fundamentals problems can't be solved.If deal with these problems well, it will be a company with bright prosperity.The key is that this company lacks a systematic, macroscopic, long-term and macrocosm management strategy to guide its management behavior, which making its management and administration very passive, blindly, without goal and rule. So that the achievement is dull, and the development is unorderedThis thesis is through living in the analysis of the external environment condition, the study to Cheng Le expressway company, and the analysis of the factor, in order to find out the opportunity of its development and the threat faced with the way of SWOT analytical method inside the enterprise. Realizing and the inferior strength place the advantage of the enterprise, in the way of thinking of making the most of the advantage, seizing the opportunity, overcoming the disadvantage, avoiding threatening, make feasible management strategy for it, hasformed strategic train of thought and frame, and has made the concrete implementing method, in order to guide the business activities of the enterprise. Make it have targets, develop in a healthy way step by step, go out of dull, and develop in strength.The innovation point of view in this thesis is: Regard the expressway as a kind of resource, propose that manages the theory of the expressway, change and manage the management in order to take the initiative passively.
