Study On The Shenzhen Family Decoration Industry

Shenzhen was a small frontier town in the past and fell behind in economic level very much. There was no decoration and nobody understood the decoration. Through the development of more than 20 years. Shenzhen decoration industry has got the most glorious achievements in Chinese decoration industry. However there are still many problems in this field. In 2002, the reviewing report of Shenzhen construction bureau showed that 14 companies were unqualified and 24 companies were bassiiclly qualified among the total 137 Shenzhen family decoration companies. So we can say Shenzhen family decoration industry has been put into a dangerous situlation. In July, 19, 2002, the ministry of national construction intended to concel the semi-finished house step by step and to offer finished house for consumer. It's no doubt, this is a good opportunity to improve family decoration industry separating status. Face the opportunity and challenge, what should shenzhen family decoration industry do?But until now, there are no actual study on the competition of Shenzhen family docoration industry. This is not better for the healthy development of Shenzhen family decoration industry.Firstly, this study analyzed the five competition forces, and then analyzed the four competition strategies, and lastly analyzed four outstanding problems in Shenzhen family decoration industry. On the basis of the analyses, this study put forward some suggestions on the directions and solutions to development of shenzhen family decoration industry. We wish to find a way to the family decoration industry with Shenzhen special feature.This study is intended to provide some useful references for the development of Shenzhen family decoration industry.
