Online marketing is the further development of the traditional economy and. the subdivision of the information industry, it is closely connected with the traditional economy. Under the condition of the Internet economy, the traditional marketing is by far under the great impact, and the concept of the online marketing conies into being.Compared, with the traditional marketing; online marketing has the exclusive charm. For example, the globalization of the market, the individualization of the product, the opening of the price, the popularization of the service and so on, which enable the online marketing to develop rapidly. As an brand, new way of marketing, online marketing holds many advantages over the traditional one. for example, it can lower the cost of the deal, shorten the cycle of the production, increase the opportunities of the business and so on.But on the other hand the online marketing in China is far from perfect, and still has some puzzles. Firstly some domestic enterprises have not spread their online marketing for their products although they have impress deeply on the mind the importance of the online marketing, secondly the development of the online marketing is not going well under the restriction of the law, policy and other factors, thirdly the enterprises have many technological and cognitive problems in running the online marketing.And my paper is trying to raise some personal advices and suggestions through the analyses of the current situationof the online marketing in China.
