In recent ten years, china's automobile part industry has made a rapid progress. But, compared with many industrialized countries, the gap within the industry keeps enlarging due to the weak base. Especially after entering WTO, how china's automobile part industry face the challenges come from competitors from all over the world, how automobile part manufacturers in china survive the competition, is becoming a serious problem concerned by more and more people so, it is very important to research the business strategy for china's automobile part industry, especially for a specific manufacturer.This is a thesis about the business strategy of automobile part manufacturer based on the analysis of CHANGFENG Gear Company. At the beginning, the after describes some important theories about strategy, such as the concept of "strategy", the theory of "core competence", the three steps of making company strategy etc. Based on the theories, the author analyses the internal and external environment of CHANGFENG Gear Company by using EFE and IFE matrix. After describing the company's Core Competence, the author worked out CHANGFENG's business strategy. At the same time some of the implementation about the strategy has also been involved, such as Organization, Production, HR, Marketing, Financial strategy.Through the analysis of CHANGFENG's business strategy, the author try for search some similarity in strategy formulation among the manufacturers of automobile part in China.And the author will be happy if this paper is useful and helpful to other manufacturers.
