The product growing strategy of Hubei Sanhuan Special Automobile Firm was investigated in this paper, which has been developed rapidly in the recent years in condition that China joined the WTO and motor-industry faced the austere challenge. The paper tried to analyzed and investigated the product growing strategy of Hubei Sanhuan Special Automobile Firm to improve the healthy development of the firm.Six sections were included as following:(1) Introduction which indicated the basic instance of Sanhuan Firm and developing direction of the strategy management theory; (2)the analysis of circumstance in Hubei Sanhuan Special Automobile Finn which indicated that the development of the corporation has a good chance and faces austere challenge;(3)status analysis of the special automobile market and competence which indicated that Sanhuan Firm stays on the second group level and cant adopt cost- first strategy;(4)analysis of the organization management system and deals in the firm which indicated that the corporation grows rapidly with flexible management system and has cumulated some experience;(5)product growing strategy of Hubei Sanhuan Special Automobile Firm which indicated that Sanhuan Firms is suitable to adopt discriminated atomization in great scale;(6)implement of strategy with mass customization within measure in Sanhuan Special Automobile Finn.Mass customization is a new way to perspective the competence of the corporation. It will emphasize identifying and realize the need of individual client and wont give up efficiencyx effect and low cost. It is a new thinking mode about how the corporation gets successful which includes much pith of popular management thinking as competition in base of time> exquisite production and microcosmic selling etc. Furthermore, as a management mode, the development of mass customization explains why the lifecycle of the product (and service) is shortened, why the lifecycle of exploration and production must be shortened accordingly, why the corporation must be recombined and why the hierarchy is fattened and turned into meshwork. Mass customization collects these to be a complement mode which describes all the things happen in the industry currently. These markets in spite of large, little, local or global are characterized as turbulent and not steady.Mass customization applied in corporation is a new topic that needs to perfect. But it is a good choice to adopt this strategy for a special automobile corporation. It needs to be investigated further that how the appliance of Customization in great scale fits the practice of the corporation better. But 1 still hope this paper will do well to the development and management of Sanhuan Firm and I will explore continuously.
