Quality evaluation is an important research subject, because it is thebasis of the quality improvement. With the development of software, itplays a more and more important role in people's life, so software qualityevaluation has become an important research subject. Software is anextremely complex system, which makes software quality evaluation verydifficult. Software quality model is the basis of analyzing software qualityquantitatively. Based on the software quality of ISO/IEC 9126 standard, theauthor proposes a systematic model of software quality evaluation indicatorwhich solves the quality measurement problem of some software. Asoftware quality evaluation model is proposed on the basis of the indicatorsystem model, to evaluate indicator quality, sub-character quality, andcharacter quality, laying the foundation for the evaluation of softwarequality evaluation. On the basis of indicator system model and softwarequality evaluation model and according to the evaluation process modelgiven in the international standards of ISO/IEC14598, this dissertationdefines a software quality evaluation process model which is oriented to thesoftware overall lifespan and connected with software development process. Software quality evaluation is a multi-indicator decision makingproblem, which needs evaluating quantitatively and qualitatively. In thisdissertation, how to apply the method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation andAHP method to evaluate software quality are discussed. Based on thediscussion above, a software quality evaluation system model is defined.Afterwards, according to the software quality evaluation system model, asoftware quality evaluation system is implemented. Finally, an examplewhich uses the software quality evaluation system to evaluate the softwareis presented.
