Study On Problem Of Using Venture Capital By Chinese High-tech Industry

The 21st century is the epoch of intellectual economy, in which high-tech industry has become one of the promising industries in Chinese economy. Venture capital, as the driver to cultivate high-tech enterprises, should be supported by government and society, for a stupendous impulse to the development of high-tech industry. Based on this context, this thesis explores how to make conditions for the development of venture capital in the current situation, to develop Chinese venture capital industry, and in order to foster high-tech enterprises in China, as well as promote the rapid progress of Chinese economy.Firstly, the thesis introduces the trends of Chinese high-tech and venture capital industry individually ,and analyses existing problems of them. From the aspect of using VC by high-tech industry , this thesis stresses on analyzing existing problems of VC, which is main contents of this thesis. Secondly, from the current social circumstances and legal problems in China, this thesis analyses the main problems of venture capital which cultivates the high-tech industry. Then based on comparison with matured theory and successful experiences in the countries where venture capital maturely developed, this thesis gives some substantial methods in order to breed venture capital, such as reformation and innovation which should be taken on the aspects as environment factors, organization modes. In conclusion, the thesis gives some suggestions and perspectives to develop venture capital, expecting the whole country to take the actual circumstances into account and not to develop venturecapital industry blindly.
