The stability Of ore grade can improve the capability of mineral processing and increase the resources' recovery rate. In order to obtain the stability Of ore grade, two aspect works we should do: (1) Enhancing the management in the loss mine and the increasing rock;(2) Reasonable ore blending. The ore blending is a technique and method with planning and managing the quantity of the ore. It can increase the stability of the ore, and adequately make use of the ore resources. It can still lower the wave of the quantity of the ore and the production cost. Thus it can increase the efficiency of mineral processing and the product quantity, and lower the production cost.Aiming at various problems that exist management system of ore blending in open-pit and actual production in Sandaozhuang open-pit, this thesis brings forth the ore blending's method making use of the linear program and gets a total the strategy to the ore blending. This thesis, in specific operation, adopts a simplification model with ore blending. The primitive data of ore blending direct come from measuring. It can make sure that the primitive data are accurate and up to date. Making use of the OOD development twice to Auto CAD, this thesis draws up to the complete software package of management system of ore blending and realizes the management of the ore blending in the strip mine by the computer.This thesis primarily makes below the work of a few aspects:(1) The method that measuring and solution of the control point's coordinate, calculation of the point, solution of intersection with polygons, and calculation the quantity of ore reserves in a drawing file by computer technology;(2) The theory and the method to draw the diagram of the equivalent line byestablishing the abnormal triangle net, and ore blending with the diagram of the equivalent degree's line;(3) The principle and method to automatically divide the ore, and the method to adjust to the quantity of ore and search the ore's information;(4) Adoption the line program to beg to solve the problem to ore blending, and establish the linear programming model and the simplification model with ore blending.(5) Establish the control model with ore degree based on modem control theories. This thesis makes the systemic research work that aims at the management system ofore blending in Sandaozhuang open-pit, and realizes automation for management system of ore blending. The study indicates that it is feasible and successful after it was used in practice. In this thesis, the model and the calculation method can expand the application in the same kind mining corporation.
