In 21st century, the competition between modern enterprises shows more competition for the knowledge and talented person, the important function of intelligence capital highlights out gradually.After joining in WTO, the competition for the talented person become more impetuosity. Employee training is the most extensive and basic path to increase employee's character and strengthen the enterprise's core competencies.Employee training becomes a long-term, strategy mission of the business enterprise.Including employees training in the target of buildup and the strategy of development enhances the evaluation of training result, so as to objectively evaluate the employee training and the contribution of the economic performance in business enterprise.For long time, training result evaluation has been a weak point in enterprise's human resource management in our country. There are lack of both theories and practice extremely. studying this lesson has profound meaning for establishing and perfecting the evaluation system with the Chinese enterprise characteristic and enhancing the business enterprise achievement.The article expatiate the strategy meaning and purposes of the evaluation. From the contents level of the evaluation,the selection of evaluation tools,evaluation designing , the index establishing to the data analyzing these five aspects analyzes the problems of the training results evaluation existing in current business enterprise with the theories analyzing. From establishing the benefits drive mechanism, proceeding the viability assessment, setting up the reasonable index system, increasing personnel's character and establishing the feedback mechanism etc. six aspects set up the result evaluation system. By my efforts, I hope to provide some enlightens for our human resource management.
