Relevantly quality management must adjust to be fit for the new position. The most important objective of quality management of supply chain is to satisfy customer demand and to improve customer satisfaction. The quality management is not taken charge by individual company any longer. Now all enterprises in the supply chain cooperate to control the production quality. The level of production quality is decided by common quality controlling and management abilities that all enterprises that make up of the supply chain can provide.This paper mainly studies the quality management of supply chain. The paper provides a point that can improve Tianjin Automobile Group's existing supply system and quality management system , and innovate its department structure with Process Quality Model to let Tianjin Automobile Group accord with the demand of supply chain. At the same time the paper expatiates every basic management work for using the Process Quality Model. Moreover the paper studies the optimum quality cost that can ensure customer demand and improve customer satisfaction with mathematical model.
