Study On The Quality Management Under The Environment Of Agile Supply Chain

With the globalization of the international economy and individualization of the customer's demand, alliance become between manufacturing enterprise and the third part enterprise, agile supply chain become the focus in the field of enterprise management. In order to make the competition advantage in the globalization competition, enterprises regard agile supply chain management as their core strategy quickly one after another and expect to improve the agility of enterprises, improve customer's service level through it.The core character of agile supply chain is its agility, but it is no use talking about agility of agile supply chain if there is no reliable product quality. Already there are research results of a lot of quality management both at home and abroad at present, they are concentrated on quality control and quality assurance inside enterprises, and while the study on agile supply quality management system is still little. So, it is very essential to study the quality control under the environment of the agile supply chain, we must develop a new quality system that face to external enterprise and meet the need of agile supply chain, so as to ensure the agility character of agile supply chain. This artic research emphasize on the synergic quality chain management under the environment of the agile supply chain.In chapter one, introduction part, the author analysis the current situation of supply chain management and quality management both at home and abroad at present, point out the purpose to selected this topic, provide goal, content, method of this research. Chapter two recommended the concept of agile supply chain, virtual enterprise and supply quality management, analysis the relationship among them, proposed the synergic quality chain based agile supply chain, analyzed characteristic, structure form and quality main content, chain of management, quality of chain carefully chain. Chapter three expound the fact of supply quality controlling mechanism from following five respect: Supplier's quality control puts emphasis on quality forecast of the chain, set up intact supplier's quality and guarantee to appraise models in ability; Product design and develop quality control put emphasis on dynamic QFD model mainly; production quality control set up a product production process quality guarantee models mainly; the market quality control; supply chain serve quality control puts emphasis on the quality control during the process of serve. Chapter four is supply chain quality information system, analyze the importance of the quality information flow of the chain at first; then introduce some new theories of quality information acquire based on systems engineering, knowledge discovery, network and quality information coding theory, finally introduced the new method that quality information is obtained.
