In order to adapt to the tendency and challenge of quality management in the 2lth century, humanistic model of quality management entirely arises in developed countries. In the past fifty years the level of quality management in the state-owned enterprises has been improved with performing quality standard, total quality management and 1509000 quality system, but the improvement is not enough. The main problems are serious formalism and the absence of human recourse management under the quality culture theory. In this paper, according the research of human psychological and behavioral characteristic the writer firstly analyses the relation between the quality management with the theory of humanity hypothesis, the motivation theory and the theory of leadership behavior science, and proves that quality management is more efficient in the humanistic enterprise. Secondly, the writer presents a humanistic model of quality management regarding group as the center that includes object quality management, quality group management, quality responsibility management and worker's quality consciousness and skill management. Lastly, in the case study of DAYE Nonferrous Metal Company, the writer analyses the outside condition and inside obstacles of the DAYE company to apply the new model, and approaches the concrete method and measures to rise the quality management level of DAYE company.
