The Study On Tianjin Eco-Townlet Construction

This thesis is based on the theory of circular economy, industrial ecology, domestic and international eco-townlet construction experience. It links the situation of townlet in Tianjin, Guided by the theory of sustainable development, this thesis discusses the definition of eco-townlet in Tianjin. It forecasts the townified trend of Tianjin. The technical guideline system and the application of industrial ecology in eco-townlet construction are also studied here. The aim of this thesis is to stand at circular economy and recall people's eco-consciousness in waste recycle, waste use. So can we try our best to build an eco-townlet residential environment, which is consisted of eco-suitable, exquisite environment and rich living.Above all, this thesis identifies townlet from ecology perspective. Then, it analysises the cause of environmental problems from population, resource, environment aspects and others.From the application of circular economy and industrial ecology——Eco-industrial Parksconstruction, can we know that eco-townlet construction must: change idea, insist the rule of sustainable development, build the conception of harmonious intergrowth between human and nature. The main content are:(1) Based on domestic and international eco-townlet construction situation and townified status in Tianjin, Tianjin townified trend is studied quantificationally and qualitatively. In order to build eco-townlet, circular economy and Eco-industrial Parks is the most efficient approach. The theory of eco-townlet construction is studied from environmental carrying capacity, sustainable development, circular economy and synergism theory aspects. So can we know that the importance of circular economy in eco-townlet construction. The paper also brings forward the task and development direction in Tianjin eco-townlet construction. The technical blue print of eco-townlet construction is also dissertated. It includes: (a) Build a set of eco-townlet construction guideline system from circular economy point of view.(b) Take example for Wuqing district of Tianjin to divide districts according to the eco-function.(c) Study of eco-townlet construction and Eco-industrial Parks construction.(2) This thesis puts forward that, circular economy and industrial ecology must run through Tianjin eco-townlet construction. And so the townlet sustainable development will come true. From the example of Wuqing district in Tianjin, can we know how to build Eco-industrial Parks inside the eco-townlet. The application of circular economy and Eco-industrial Parks into eco-townlet construction is brought forward for the first time.This thesis also advocates the popularization of eco-consciousness very much in order to promote the sustainable, healthy and harmonious townlet development. By bring up new idea,new viewpoint for eco-townlet construction, this thesis try to work hard for eco-townlet construction sustainable development in China.
