Therefore, we must carry a strategic vision to utilize new technologies to reduce the energy consumption and lower the waste disposal. It should never put the environment as a sacrifice to exchange for the short term economic growth. The concept of sustainability must be implemented in the entire socio-economic activities in China. In this way, it is possible to obtain a win-win situation for the ecosystem preservation and economic development.Based on the previous lessons and experiences, we must sincerely review and summarize those questions and issues we encountered during the development of the circular economy. We must recognize that our ideologies are still too conservative, we have insufficient theoretical support and we are lack of practical experiences and novel technologies. We are still poor in management and system operations and our system security is far from satisfactory. We need to overcome these difficulties so as to consistently improve the mechanisms that are supporting our nation’s circular economy. We must firmly push the circular economy develop onto a healthy, scientific, fast, and sustainable course.
