The Study On Designing Resource Management To Improve The Benefit Of Designing Enterprise

With the development of the market-oriented economy, globalized economical competition, cooperation and knowledge economy come into being. Supported by advanced technology, a serial of new management patterns and concepts were put forward to give the important theory base for improving company's efficiency and competitive power.This dissertation began with the study on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Firstly, it introduced the forming course and fundamental concept of ERP. According to the difference between manufacturing enterprise and designing enterprise, it discussed the fundamental theory and functional module of Designing Resource Management (DRM). Secondly, it introduced the fundamental theory of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the integration between DRM and CRM, and then described Customer Relationship Management in DRM simply. Thirdly, according to Project Management theory, it discussed Critical Path Method (CPM) and Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM) in the light of a designing enterprise. At last, put forward the development strategy of the designing enterprise to improve its benefit.
