Customer Relationship Management system(CRM) has already experienced for four years in our country. In this market relying mainly on buyer, the importance of resources that people realize the customer more and more. Then during this short four years, CRM got the development at full speed. No matter the state-run large and medium-sized enterprise, private small and medium-sized enterprises, numerous and complicated implement CRM systems hi order to gaming the initiative among keen competition more and more. But because while introducing foreign CRM, there is thought of customer's relation management first like that abroad in our country. Afterwards there are customer relationship management systems. But when the theory of customer relationship management does not also very perfect. Use customer relationship management systems directly in realistic business administration, Result the first people to eat crab one after another at biting ruthlessly of crab -Great majority end in failure. People realize only under the guidance of perfect theory deeply while summarizing the experience and lessons failing, could solve this problem fundamentally. The theory of drawing up customer relationship management system of this text is studied. The full text divides into four chapters altogether:Part one is a summary of CRM. Introduce some main CRM products on the production, intension, market development and market of CRM.Part two is a frame of CRM. It expound the CRM's mainly status when it is in enterprise informationization, the solution of ction forming, mainstream CRM of the institutional framework that CRM meets, general CRM of systematic structure, implementing of CRM.Part three is the implementation of CRM and technical application. Have explained mainly that succeeds in implementing the key factor, CRM project implementation method and technological system of CRM.The last part is CRM's application in the merchandising enterprise . Introduce one small-scale CRM system participating in developping in person.
