| The dissertation consists of five parts: the preface, three systematic presentation on R&D and the conclusion. The definition of the R&D, the topic significance, research methods and research resources are shortly presented in the preface. In the three systematic presentation, a large amount of facts are given to reveal the government investment and existent problems while using it in Shanxi from the facets of a survey of R&D history and present situation, the contrast among Shanxi, neighbor provinces and the whole nation, reflection on the input model in Shanxi; research strategies to deal with it is supplied from the practical point of view; input trends and the model of R&D are also researched theoretically. Finally, a short conclusion summarizes the investment, usage and future input model of R&D in Shanxi and the weakness of the dissertation is also pointed out.
