Urban ecological environment is the base of the quickly development of city. However, we will face the fact during the development of city that the urban ecological environment will be destroyed. Good urban ecological environment is not only conducive to sustainable development of cities, but also improve the living standard and quality of life of the city's residents.Because Shanxi province is the important source of energy and chemical industry,where the city of Shanxi province is founded on the heavy industry. Thus, in Shanxi Province, the process of urbanization, the urban ecological environment has been severe damage compared to the situation, the process of urbanization and the pace of development because of the ecological damage to the environment and the slow progress, urban ecological problems caused concern. Shanxi Province is also doing there best to protect the urban ecological environment.During the development of Shanxi Province, the urban ecological environment is fragile and is easy to destroy.The reason is that the capacity to deal with ecological problems is weak.
