Study On The Construction Of Agricultural Law System In Guangxi Province

Currently, the agricultural and economic development in Guangxi province has historically changed. The national departments, such as state department, have given several orders to take law construction into law's consideration. So it's necessary to reform agricultural law execution towards the integrated law. In this paper, based on national and international data, such as "three agricultural" theory, the law policy, agricultural article in WTO, the theory of law construction and market economical law, the construction of agricultural law execution system in Guangxi province was studied via the methods of demonstration and theory analysis. Firstly, the function of agricultural law execution was illustrated from several aspects, such as developing the "three agricultural" economic, improving the competitive ability of agricultural productions, protecting agriculture, and alleviating the burden of peasants. Secondly, the current condition of national, international and Guangxi agricultural law execution systems were analyzed and compared. Accordingly, the main factors which affect Guangxi agricultural law execution system were analyzed. Thirdly, the reformation of Guangxi agricultural law execution systems in recent years was summarized, generalized and abstracted. It was thought at the level of theory, and the positive aspects and some problems which need to avoid, was analyzed. Fourthly, the conclusion, was obtained through theory analysis and demonstration: the necessary path for Guangxi agricultural law execution systems in the future is to steadily execute the agricultural law according to the regional condition, the effective and key method to improve efficiency of Guangxi agricultural law execution systems is to construct the agricultural reformation, and its core is the integrated agricultural organization.
