Study On The Evaluation System Of The Construction Of The Rule Of Law Government In Guangxi

With the development of social transformation,people recognize the importance of the rule of law,and administration according to law has become the concept of social recognition.However,due to the strong subjectivity of the evaluation standard of the rule of law government,it is difficult for the local government to control its scale and grasp its laws.In practice,the construction of the rule of law in various parts of the country is more of interest and slogan,which leads to the lack of scientific evaluation and supervision mechanism in the construction of the local rule of law government,so that the construction of the rule of law has fallen into the mire.From the angle of "the rule of law index",this paper draws lessons from the main practice of the construction index system of the government by rule of law in Guangdong,Guizhou,Jiangsu and Gansu,and draws the beneficial enlightenment of the construction index system of the rule of law government,and combines the lack of the construction index system of the government under the rule of law in the autonomous region,and the construction index of the government under the rule of law in Guangxi.The system has been perfected.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the preface,including the purpose,significance,research methods and innovation points.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the practice and the results of the establishment of the index system for the construction of the rule of law outside the Guangxi District,an attempt is made to build a set of indicators for the construction of a government under the rule of law in Guangxi.System.The second part includes the meaning and characteristics of the rule of law index and the index system of the construction of the rule of lawgovernment,and puts forward the significance of building the index system of the rule of law government.The third part analyzes the status quo of the index system of the rule of law in Guangxi,including its main achievements,shortcomings and reasons.The fourth part includes the main practice,beneficial enlightenment and negative lessons of the index system of rule of law construction outside the region.The fifth part puts forward some suggestions for improving the index system of the rule of law in Guangxi.
