Research On Countermeasures For Yan Tai Development Of Agriculture Information

Agriculture is the basic industry of national economy, so the information of agriculture is the emphasis of social information. Agriculture information has called wide attention from all over the country.This thesis mainly talks about the outlines of the development of agriculture information at home and abroad, especially in Yantai as well as the apocalypse brought up by the development of agriculture information abroad. It also summarizes experiences achieved by the development of information in our own country. This thesis comes up with the notion of "agriculture information". It dissertate the urgency, necessity and importance of the development of agriculture information in our country and in Yantai. The thesis emphasizes in exertion of the function of the local government in the developing process of agriculture information, construction of information service system, cultivation in skilled and experienced staff, and so on. Deep research has been carried out for the thesis within the Yantai Municipality, according to the thesis generally analyzing the following five restricted elements in the development of agriculture information. That is, some leaders in different levels haven't paid enough attention to this point; in this case, there is not enough investigation. There is a shortage in talented people of such a field; many farmers has a poor knowledge of agriculture information, which makes less use of it. Frequent delays in information distribution and spread shortage in its practicability. There is not a consummate network system in agriculture information, poor service in the total system. The government is lacking of macroscopical control, no sufficient conformity of the resources in agriculture information. The thesis also comes up with the related strategies to solve the above problems.
