Study On The Restraining Factors And Its Countermeasures Of Influencing Information Spread Of Agricultural Expanding

In view of existing situation of agricultural expanding , the author has made a vast amount of investigation and read a number of books on agriculture development, agricultural expanding and its information spreading. And this article makes a systematic analysis on the main influential factors existing in the process of agricultural expanding and gives the countermeasures against these restraining factors according to other's countries and China Taiwan' experience with the viewpoint of agricultural expanding and information spreading.The author thinks the information spreading and its communication is the important part of agricultural expanding and it's also the important tool and means for an agricultural generalist and the workers who try to develop agriculture and forest and it's also the important factor to promote the progress of agricultural technology and rural development. But the conditions of the agricultural expanding and its existing problems, the structure and distribution of the agricultural information resources, the agricultural management's systems, the economic conditions of the rural society and the cultural and educational standard, the public facilities of agriculture and countrysides, etc, all the above factors are affecting the agricultural information spreading and its communication directly or indirectly, interfering the spreading passages, slowing down the spreading speeds, reducing its efficiency, etc. Therefore, we must improve the interior and exterior environment that affecting agricultural expanding, agricultural information spreading and its service, take such measures as developing the science and education of agriculture and countryside, improving agricultural expanding system and organism, enforcing the basic facilities' construction of agriculture and countryside, enforcing the information resources' construction, etc, so that we can speed up the information spreading, promote the agricultural creative diffusing, improve the scientific standards of agricultural production, promote the development of agricultural economy, increase the farmer's income, and make the rural society develop rapidly.
