Study Of The State And Development Of Industrialization Of Agriculture In Yantai

Yantai Municipality, one of the first fourteen open coastal cities, has early carried out agricultural industrialization strategy. After more than a decade development, the agriculture and rural economy have developed rapidly and the parents' income has been greatly increased. In order to make further exploration of the law of the agricultural industrialization development, find out the very crux of the problems which influence the development of agricultural industrialization of Yantai Municipality and put forward some practical measures for the sustainable development of agricultural industrialization in Yantai Municipality.This paper systematically generalizes the development process of the agricultural industrialization of Yantai Municipality using the methods such as typical investigation, questionnaire investigation and interview on the spot etc. based on the analyses and research of the domestic and international development course, development patterns and trend of the agricultural industrialization and the realities of Yantai Municipality. Theories such as organizational innovation and institution transformation theory, economics of scale theory, division of labor and coordination of work theory, interest gravitation theory, comparative profit theory and sustainable development theory are used to analyze and study the obtained achievement and existing problems of the agricultural industrialization of Yantai Municipality. The author puts forward the specific suggestion to promote the development of the agricultural industrialization of Yantai Municipality. Close attention is paid to the following three issues: sustainable development of the agricultural industrialization of Yantai Municipality; the function orientation of Yantai Municipality in the agricultural industrialization development; improvement of the comprehensive profit of agriculture and the increase of farmers' income. The author comes to the following conclusions: the industrialization of agriculture is an effective way to solve "the problems of agriculture, rural area and farmers"; the key to the sustainable development of agricultural industrialization lies in giving full play to the role of the Professional Association; the basic guarantee of the healthy sustainable development of agricultural industrialization of Yantai Municipality is the transition of the government's function. Meanwhile the author puts forwards corresponding measures and suggestion as to how to bring about an advance in agricultural industrialization in Yantai Municipality.
