The Study On YanTai's Ecological Environment And The Sustainable Development Of Agriculture

After Chinese reformation and opening ,the rural economics of Yantai grows rapidly, the supply of agricultural products is sufficient, and the people' s life standard has got great promotion. However , at the mean time, the agricultural ecological environment has badly damaged, consequently leading to the decline of agricultural products quality, decrease in market competitiveness and negative influence on the incomes of the peasants. This fact blocks the agricultural development in Yantai. The sustainable development of agriculture is the unification of ecological, economic, and social sustainability , the aim of sustainable development of agriculture is to protect the agricultural ecological environment. Thus, based on the theory of agricultural ecological environment and agricultural sustainable development, discussion about Yantai' s agricultural ecological environment and agricultural sustainable development has theoretical meanings as well as the practical meanings.This paper, except the introduction section, consists of three parts as follows.The first part introduces the related theories of agricultural ecological environment and agricultural sustainable development;discusses the theory of agricultural system and agricultural development assorted with environment and economics as crucial evidence of the theory of agricultural sustainable development;clarifies that the protection of agricultural ecological environment is the composing element and the nature of the agricultural sustainable development;and points out that bio-culture is the best mode of agricultural sustainable development.The second part analyzes the current situation of Yantai' s agricultural ecological environment, and deduces the reasons of the degeneration of agricultural ecological environment:the environment is initially weak;human behaviors result in environmental damage;failures of strategies and policies are the crucial factors to environmental damage;the system of property rights is the key to the issue of agricultural ecological environment.The third part promotes some suggestions to Yantai' s agricultural ecological environment and agricultural sustainable development:enhance the education, propaganda, and consciousness of environment protection; consummate the related legal system, adopt effective controlling measures and managing strategy;increase the investment to related researches to protect the ecological environment and facilitate the agricultural sustainable development;carry out the ecological agriculture further and fulfill the agricultural sustainable development .
