Research On The Legal System Of Chinese Ecological Agriculture Development

Agriculture is the earliest material production sector in the evolution of human society,the foundation of the national economy,and the pillar industry of the country.The development of agriculture is not only related to the national economy and people's livelihood,but also closely related to food safety,resource security and ecological security of a country.With the continuous increase of population,the rapid development of science and technology,and a series of short-term behaviors carried out by human beings in production and life,the problems of ecological destruction and environmental pollution in society have become increasingly serious,which has aroused people's attention and reflection on the road of agricultural development.Chinese agricultural development has a long history,the natural environment presents diverse characteristics,and the cultural accumulation in the agricultural field is deep and abundant.On this basis,the concept and development model of distinctive ecological agriculture in China has gradually formed,and the adjustment of ecological agriculture has been established.A series of legal systems that operate.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of ecological agriculture,which mainly includes the historical background,characteristics and theoretical basis,and development value of ecological agriculture.The second part is the evaluation of Chinese ecological agriculture legal system,the development of the relevant legal system in the field is sorted out and found out many defects in the current law.The third part is the extraterritorial investigation of the legal system of ecological agriculture,which introduces the ecological agriculture legal system of the typical countries outside,such as the United States,the United States,Japan,Germany,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment that is beneficial to China's ecological agriculture construction.The fourth part is the improvement of the legal system of ecological agriculture in China,including the basic ideas followed in the process of improvement and put forward Specific improvement suggestions.
