Human Nature Of Science And Technology And Its Countermeasures

With the development of science and technology (S&T), people delightedly find that the social productivity has been greatly promoted and substantial life has been vastly enriched. However, as the proverb goes: "every coin has its two sides". S&T also bring us various crisis, including environment pollution, energy sources exhaustion, expanding population, poorer human relationship, aberrance of ethic, comedown of human spirit and so on. The negative impact of S&T emerges increasingly and has a trend to more serious. If people do not take measures to eliminate the negative impact of S&T, the human civilization will face the danger of being wrote off and entombed. In despite of many thinkers or philosophers had done a lot of correlated research on this question from different sides, there is a long way to go to solve the question. To entirely study the roots of alienation and the countermeasure of the transformation from alienation to human nature of S&T. This paper uses the systemic method and combines the knowledge of philosophy, sociology, ethnics, law, pedagogy and so on. This study have an active effect on social entirely advancement and human entirely development , by clearing up the prejudice of S&T, discriminatingly treating the advancement of S&T and alienation of S&T .we should more scientific understand and apply S&T, reduce abuse of S&T and build up the idea of human nature of S&T . Harmonious development of the natural and human will finally become true.For realizing human nature of S&T, firstly, we should find the roots of alienation of S&T, and then aim at it to achieve countermeasure. However, in history, the west philosopher always considered it was fault of S&T after thought over the root of alienation of S&T. Which bring out one contradiction: "For removing alienation of S&T, we should slam the door of S&T." which is not good at resolving the problem of alienation of S&T. My. paper applies materialism and Marxist Philosophy of technology. We find that the roots of alienation of S&T are made up of three aspects. First, the non-human nature of S&T is not effective restrained in the course of technology. Next, alienation of S&T is a social culture. It mostly shows the alienation of social relationship. Final, S&T abuse conduces some so-called "alienation of S&T". None but well and truly find the roots of alienation of S&T, we are able to find the sticking point. Only base on the roots of alienation of S&T, can we put forward the methodology and countermeasure of the transformation from alienation of S&T to human nature of S&T. We should keep to the principle of main body, human nature, macrocosm, sustainable and prospective methodology. The countermeasure includes three parts as following: 1) developing the useful and discarding the useless of the traditional science idea, building up new merits of S&T. 2)Developing the useful and discarding the useless of S&T adoration. 3)Constructing a modern ethic system of S&T which enable S&T has a rational and sustainable development. As one intact system info, countermeasure also including: strengthen lawmaking of S&T and executing the law, international supervise ,and strengthen logos of decision-making when government apply S&T and so on.
