The Study Of The Modernization Of Ideological Workers' Mode Of Thinking

Mode of thinking is the standardized form or format shaping in the human activity of thinking, and the mode of thinking of ideological workers' is the reflection and application of the human mode of thinking in the field of ideological work. The demand of ideological work itself, the tendency of human beings' modernization, the modem practice, the various new characteristics brought forth by the development of society and all the problems emerged in the consummating process of the socialist market -oriented economic structures come together to claim the study of the modernization of ideological workers' mode of thinking. The thesis systematically discusses the modernization of ideological workers' mode of thinking in the following four chapters.Chapter one reveals the essential nature, the characteristics and the functions of mode of thinking. It also explains the relationship between modernization and the modernization of mode of thinking.By taking the perspective of the inevitable demand of material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and the modernization of ideological work, chapter two points out the objective necessity of the modernization of ideological workers' mode of thinking.Chapter three argues on the construction of the modernized mode of thinking of ideological workers', including the characteristics and the content of the modernized mode of thinking of ideological workers' and chapter 4 probes into the approaches of realizing the modernized mode of thinking of ideological workers', which include breaking away from outdated traditional mode of thought, seeking truth from facts, adjusting method, improving the qualities of ideological workers and getting themselves involved into the modern practice.In the end the thesis emphasizes that adjusting and changing ideological workers' mode of thinking is a long-lasting and progressive process, which needs persistent efforts.
