| This thesis roots its logic starting point of argument in mechanism generated by theories "mode of thinking produces crystal of ideas through brain's processing and transforming materials",and combine strategic thinking that has typical features of overall and macroscopic mode of thinking with Chairman Xi's thoughts of modernizing national governance which is critical to the whole development of China on the basis of their inherent consistency.Therefore,through analyzing how Chairman Xi applies strategic thinking from an overall standpoint and come up with ideas of national governance modernization with consideration of situation,this paper endeavors to extract features of strategic thinking embodied in the theory of national governance modernization.A good command of this feature is of great practical significance to the further implementation of national governance modernization.The article includes five chapters.The first chapter gives a clear introduction of the background and meaning of topic selection,combing and comments of literature review from home and abroad,illustrate research frame and methodology,and states innovative points and deficiencies.The second chapter focuses on theory summary of thesis topic via collating and analyzing pertinent studies.This chapter mainly contains two parts.The first part is to define concepts of two major key word--"national governance modernization" and "strategic thinking".As for thoughts of national governance modernization,the paper mainly sorts out development skeleton of"national governance" under specific context in China.Then mixed with Chairman Xi's clear definition of national governance modernization,a further summary and analysis is made.As for strategic thinking,the paper defines its concepts and characteristics through synthetic dissection about definition of strategy and thinking from a variety of scholars.The third chapter introduces theoretical foundation that forms features of strategic thinking or Chairman Xi.Firstly,on the basis of elementary theory,strategic thinking of Chairman Xi's national governance modernization is essentially a mode of thinking,which still comes down to taking Marxist philosophy principle and methodology as fundamental guidance.In terms of essential features of strategic thinking,i.e.,entirety long term and panorama,view of of interconnection,development and wholeness in dialectical materialism is particularly manifested.Secondly,through historical elaboration on strategic thinking of national governance from four previous consecutive Chinese Communist Party leaders Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,and Hu Jintao,the thesis points out that with dissimilar epochal conditions,the similarities rest with that strategic thinking should start from an all-sided perspective of world situation,national conditions,and the Party's growth,go with the tide of historical development,and make overall plans and take all factors into consideration so as to realize systemic optimization.This is also the theoretical fulcrum to find out strategic thinking incorporated in Chairman Xi's thoughts of national governance modernization.Based on previous chapters,the third chapter is to combine the relevant discourses on fundamental definition,aims,and requirement etc.about national governance modernization in a series of speech delivered by Chairman Xi,and analyze the concrete embodiment of his strategic thinking.According to the analysis,Chairman Xi's thoughts of national governance modernization take overall depending reform as general background and the realization of China's dream of rejuvenating the Chinese nation as ultimate goal,which reflects his grand global view.Furthermore,Chairman Xi's ideas of national governance modernization is closely associated with requirement of economic globalization on the role played by countries,and critically absorb effective experience of national governance,manifesting his profound worldwide perspective.Chairman Xi firstly makes systematic construction about national governance modernization,then highlights that six major fields should hold a linked and synergetic relation in improving dynamic integration of "top design" and"lower-level governance practice",which demonstrates his complete systematic methodology.The high objective,far-sighted perception,and all-sided consideration reflect characteristics of contemporary Marxists strategists:the great foresight of strategic thinking and incisive perspicacity to enlighten future.The last chapter is to illustrate practical values of mastering the features of strategic thinking of Chairman Xi's national governance modernization thoughts.Have a good command of the core characteristics of the strategic thinking,over situation,long-term plan and interconnection,plays a strong guiding role in applying national governance modernization to benign operation among the combining efforts of"nation-market-society",the bidirectional vision of "national governance and global governance" and the goal's guidance of "governing under good law."... |
