| Human Resource Management (HRM) refers to such a action dealing with the relation among people and the cooperation between human and matters through the management for human and matters for giving full play to the human's potentialities, also making the plan, organization, direction and control for human's different conducts to realize the organizing and objective. The introduction of HRM theories in China was initiated since the medium and late 1980s. Because HRM started lately in China, there are many imperfect aspects in practice , so it is very urgent to improve and promote Chinese HRM.A number of works on HRM were introduced and published until 1990s , which played a positive motive role in learning foreign management experience, introducing and improving HRM level of Chinese enterprise. But comparing with the practical demands, there is a serious gap . We shall have many thorough and careful work to do.Therefore the thesis is titled Human Resource Management Characteristics of Different Countries and Their Developing Trend. It makes HRM characteristics of foreign countries as the clue and initiates a inspiration from the foreign HRM to Chinese enterprises.The basic research framework of the thesis is shown as follows: firstly the rticle reviews briefly the developing process of HRM, secondly it makes a comparative analysis on HRM characteristics in USA, Japan and France, finally it discusses the inspiration of foreign HRM to Chinese enterprises, and forecasts the possible trend of the development of future HRM. |
