Explore And Study How To Follow A New Type Industrialization Path Of Gaochun Distict

Since the implementation of reform and open-up,Gaochun District of Nanjing City has been trying to promote the industrial leap-forward development by attracting investments and project construction so as to catch up with the development pace of the whole city as soon as possible.However,due to the extensive type traditional industrialization path featuring single reliance on preferential policies,cheap labor force and resource development,the advantageous resources have failed to be sufficiently developed and utilized,the ecological and environmental costs are high,resulting in the losses of the masses' interests and that the economic development has been lagging behind the average level of the whole city.In practice process of the extensive type traditional industrialization path have brought about various kinds of problems,and faced with the new requirements of a new age and the new situation of the planning of the main functional zones of Nanjing City,it will be impossible for Gaochun to follow the traditional industrialization path featuring extensive type development,but instead,it shall comprehensively implement the spirit of the CPC's19th Congress;guided by Xi Jinping's Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Age and adhering to the "Five-pronged overall plan" for developing Chinese socialism and the promotion of the "Four comprehensives" strategy.,it shall firmly establish the development tenet featuring innovation,coordination,greenness,open-up and sharing and explore and study how to follow a new type industrialization path.Generally,this Thesis follows the mind-map of "question raising--theoretical basis--current status and cause analysis--countermeasure study".Using the SWOT analytical method(analytical method of strength,weakness,opportunities and threats),the author conducted in-depth analyses of Gaochun's internal and external factors,and explore the competitive advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats for the industrialization development of Gaochun.It also puts forward countermeasure research on Gaochun's following the path of new type industrialization regarding such aspects as optimization of the patterns for spatial developments,the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading,the enhancement of technological innovation capacities and the speed-up of the industrial new cities,as well as several countermeasures and policy proposals;it is hoped that it will be of some reference significance to similar areas in their stipulation of the development strategies for the new type industrialization path.
