Research On The Countermeasures For Improving The Level Of New-type Industrialization In Jilin Province

Development is an absolute principle and it is an irrefutable fact also. How do we develop? It is first for development and second for control, or first for control and second for development. In 16th National Congress it has been reported that we should insist on driving industrialization with informationalization, promoting informationalization with industrialization. Our new-type industrialized road should be at high level in technology and profit, low in resource consumption and environment contamination, at human resource fully exerted. The new-type industrialized road is the industrialization of fully using the latest science and technology and depending on the scientific and technological progress. It is the industrialization of improving the economic benefits and market competitiveness, of taking the sustainable development path, of giving play to the human resources advantage of our country.We made the choice after we summarized the domestic and international industrialized experience and lessons. It is the inevitable choice of complying with the main trend of scientific and technological economic development in the world, the correct conclusion that fully considered the fundamental realities of our country The present economic circles of our country are still at the starting stage to research on new-type industrialization. The research on the new-type industrialization starts later about area, and a lot of questions await deepenning discussion further, and there are a lot of disputes now about some theories. This text explains the intension of new-type industrialization in system, and sets up the index system to estimate new-type industrialization, used to monitor and guide the new-type industrialized process. Finally utilizing this index system, I appraised the new-type industrialized process of Jilin Province, analyzed the advantage and deficiency in the new-type industrialized process. In chapter three, according to the appraisal index system, combining the economic development reality in Jilin Province, I have carried on quantitative and qualitative analysis to the new-type industrialized process of Jilin Province. In chapter four, according to the result of appraisal, I have made a concrete analysis of the advantage and deficiency in the new-type industrialized process of Jilin Province, and have proposed the strategic thought , strategic emphasis , countermeasure and suggestion with directive significance in Jilin Province. At last I offered the scientific decision basis for relevant department of Jilin Province.Around background and intension of new-type industrialization, important meaning of new-type industrialization road is clear. Thus we understood the meaning of new-type industrialization, and set up new-type industrialized index system to reflect the process of industrialization that can monitor and guide the new-type industrialized process. Finally combining Jilin Province's developing, I made a concrete analysis of the new-type industrialized process of Jilin Province and put forward the countermeasure and suggestion with guidance.
