Ideological and political education is an undividable integer of giving-education process and receiving-education one. With development of society and times, close attention paid to the educated practicely and theorily is increasing day by day .Research on reception process of Ideological and political education can not meet the need of enriching and perfecting the theory but also ensure the activity of ideological and political education to be carried out scientifically and efficiently. So, author tries boldly in this paper to set foot in the important task in the area of ideological and political education: reception process. Through simple retrospect in the history of this kind of research, its importance is revealed, then the connotation of reception process of ideological and political education is analyzed and probed all-roundly.
