Facing to the new situation, this thesis paper analyses the characteristics of network ethical education seriously. It further explores the immediate significance If strengthening the network ethical education. On this basis. It proposes the policies and principles by which the construction of network ethical standards should abide .And it further provides the fundamental requirement of the behavior standard about network ethics .Finally, it discusses the practical strategies of the network ethical education from the following perspectives :the usage of soft and hard method, the employment of guiding and blocking way, the connection of unreal and real world, the combination of education inside the network and outside the network, the combination of education at home and abroad ,the mutual increase of teaching and learning.
