With the rapid development of society and technology, the Internet has been profoundlyaffecting and subtly changing everyone’s life and ideas, which have built a new lifestyle innetwork society. However the impact of network culture has broken down the restriction ofborders and our ability. And so to develop good moral education work under the networkenvironment become more and more difficult and complex, the network moral education hasbecome an essential issue to be solved.Lack of the related moral standards, people in the network society is difficult to realizewhat should do and what should not; Combined with the existing network moral educationabsence and lack of related laws and regulations, the network environment lacks supervisionfor a long time, which lead to the network moral anomie phenomenon, even appears cybercrime. Therefore, research on network moral education from the perspective of normativeethics is very necessary.From the perspective of normative ethics, research on network moral education not onlyhelps to regulate the Internet users, reduce unethical behavior and crime, improve the morallevel of netizens and the overall quality, but also has important practical significance onpurifying the Internet environment and on constructing a harmonious network society. Thisarticle will research on the problems by analysisng the four aspects, such as introduction,overview, content, path from the perspective of normative ethics.The first part puts forward the topic background, significance and research status at homeand abroad. The second part is the overview of network moral education from the normativeethics, a summary from the existing research theory of network moral education andnormative ethics related concept, then analysis the necessity under the perspective ofnormative ethics, for providing theoretical support and reality basis for further study onnetwork moral education content and education path. The third part, the content of networkmoral education from the normative ethics, discusses the content on four aspects: etiquette,moral principle, moral system, laws and regulations, under the perspective of normative ethics.The fourth part, the path of network moral education from the normative ethics. According to the former part of the education content, further analyze on how to educate the network moralfrom the perspective of normative ethics, and put forward the etiquette "green line", theprinciple "baseline", the system "bottom line" and the regulations red line" implementationof the path from the different depth, aimed at strengthening the network moral education work,increase the pertinence, reduce the blindness and promote Internet civilization fashion form assoon as possible.
