The newly-established network society based on high-tech and network technology, as a new form, should be constricted by moral philosophy, Network social ethics is such a philosophy that breaks though physical time and space constraints and highlights the subjectivity of morals, It is open and diversified, and its moral standards are being easily given up, Network society develops with the passing days, and its ideas constantly converge, sometimes even conflicts, with the economy, politics and culture of traditional society, resulting in the ethics crisis of the network society, which constricts reality and network society to develop normally, Network social ethics crisis is manifested in the lack of credibility, the loss of sexual-ethics, the highlighting of network- law-breaking and criminal acts, violations of basic human rights, national and racism rampant, and so on, Network social ethics crisis roots mainly in five aspects as humanity, interest, technology, standards, and culture, After analyzing the status quo in dealing with it, the author concludes that network social ethics crisis would be objective and inevitable over a period of time, The research on network social ethics crisis has had great influences on the entire community, particularly on the army building and its preparations for military struggling, On the one hand, in order to eliminate network social ethics crisis' negative impacts on the armed forces, we must speed up the building of a harmonious network of military culture and continue to improve the system of laws and regulations in the armed forces, On the other hand, its existence, to some extent, has helped us to make use of it in the military, that is, we can turn such potential crises into wartime network tools, which mainly manifest in the richness of means in network-center warfare operations.
